MMG Toyota Ladysmith is seeking an experienced and dynamic F and I (Finance and Insurance) Business Manager to join our motivated sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable automotive brand in a vibrant dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with all legal and policy requirements
  • Present and sell finance products, insurance policies, and extended warranties to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Provide training and support to dealership staff on F&I offerings and processes

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager in the automotive retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, insurance, and credit processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Meet the fit & proper requirements of the FICA and FIAS acts
