HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support the recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding
  • Assist with payroll onboarding administration
  • Coordinate training sessions and performance review schedules
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of HR administrative experience
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to our various Dealerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

What Will make you Stand Out!

  • Working knowledge of MerSETA and Employment Equity requirements
  • Experience in Disciplinary matters up to CCMA level
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management
