MMG Mahindra Mthatha is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead our service department and drive exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. This pivotal role will oversee all service operations, manage a skilled team of technicians and service professionals, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department to achieve efficient and effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance of service personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of service management principles, customer service excellence, and operational processes.
