Our Toyota Dundee dealership requires a Service Manager who is ambitious, customer-focused, and handles queries efficiently, effectively, and always with a smile.

Suitably qualified candidates will exceed the below minimum skills & qualifications;

Strong Customer Service orientation with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent planning and organising skills

Strong business acumen in the aftersales environment

3 to 5 years’ experience in the Motor Industry

Strong PC skills in all Microsoft Office software

Traceable customer satisfaction references

Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills

Professional and courteous language proficiency
