• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Schedule appointments and prioritize service requests.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Process service orders and maintain accurate records.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as a Service Advisor in the Motor Industry
• Experience with Evolve DMS will be beneficial
